Tri-An Tran-Nguyen

Tri-Ân Trần-Nguyễn is an immigration attorney based in New Orleans. As a son of Vietnamese immigrants, Tri-Ân has an appreciative understanding of the U.S. immigration system, its challenges, and its rewards for a scattered family escaping the aftermath of war. This background, coupled with his study of immigration law, empowers Tri-Ân to provide reliable and compassionate legal representation to immigrants in need.
Tri-Ân graduated from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2024. As a student, Tri-Ân became exposed to immigration practice as an extern working for Immigration Services and Legal Advocacy (ISLA), where he helped clients seek parole from detention, asylum, and withholding of removal. He became more familiar with immigration law and its practice as a research assistant working closely with the college's Immigration Clinic of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. Tri-Ân also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in psychological sciences from Loyola University New Orleans.
Tri-Ân maintains active membership in the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA), Vietnamese American Bar Association (VABA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
